How much does the parking cost at the facility?
Parking at the Arlington Convention Center is $5/day.

 

Can I purchase photographic equipment & accessories at the Expo?
YES! All the major manufacturers will be in attendance with their latest product for you to review and purchase from Arlington Camera at special DFW Photo Expo prices!

 

Do you sell any used equipment at the show?
Yes. You can also bring your used equipment to trade-in or sell.

 

What kind of special deals can I expect?
Exclusive offers and extra instant cash rebates available nowhere else.

 

What form of payment is accepted?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, cash and checks.

 

I need to cancel my registration and it is more than 14 business days away. What should I do?
Please contact us at 817-261-8131 and provide us with your name, seminar course name and date information and we will process your cancellation.

 

Do I have to register to attend the seminars?
Yes. Due to limited seating, we will be requiring that you register for each class.

 

Are there any free seminars?
Yes. The one hour classes on both Saturday and Sunday as well as the Saturday morning 8am keynote presentation are FREE.

 

Do I need to bring anything to my seminars?
Yes. Please print out and bring your emailed ticket with you to the event.

 

Seminar Schedules?
Seminar Schedules may be found at www.dfwphotoexpo.com/main/schedule/. Keeping checking the site as it is updated regularly with new information.

 

How will I know where my seminar is located?
A seminar schedule and room locations will be posted at the Expo and in the convention center hallways.

 

Can I attend more than one seminar?
You may attend as many seminars as you wish, but save plenty of time for the trade show.

 

How long are the seminars?
Seminars are 1 hour in length. The Keynote Presentation on Saturday morning is two hours in length. There are two advanced seminars that are both full day classes.

 

What is the price of admission to the trade show?
FREE!

 

Will there be door prizes and how do I register for them?
Yes. There is no need to register.

 

Can I bring my own camera?
Absolutely! We only ask that upon entering the Expo, you have your camera equipment tagged by our security service.

 

Will there be food on site?
Yes! The BBQ is to die for! Arlington Convention Center provides the best!

How do I become an exhibitor at the Expo?
